As summer 2007 started coming to an end, we started a new project and probably one of the biggest to undertake, the Roof. THe old roof of the house was covered in about 5 layers of shingles and needed some major repair so, Kenneth and his troop of workers started building a new roof over the old one, somewhere between 8-10 foot higher than the house had ever been. It was a HUGE project. However, we ended it with a newly added upstairs to the house, a new covered patio, and a covered breezeway that will someday be closed in with a 2nd bathroom. Here are several pictures in order of the roof as it went up.

After that, the back side was started, with the patio and breezeway... notice the Green Carport is moved away from the back of the house now.
And after that, the shingles were added...
