When we bought the house, the couple that lived here had a small room off of the kitchen that the husband used as a small tool shop. Half of the Den was then being used as the laundry room. Kenneth and I decided we could put this shop room into much better use by creating a laundry/pantry room. So, during our first spring in the house, this room became our third project. Once again, this had to be a total rip out and replace everything in the room.

Can you believe this is even the same room? It looks ten times bigger with all of those desks out of it and the new floors and speckled paint. At this time, we also started adding new wallboard to the kitchen area which you can see in the first picture of the doorway... we were already heading on to another adventure in the house, the kitchen/dinning room but we had one more big project that had to be taken care of first... the ROOF!
